We understand perfectly that sometimes you may change your mind about the purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your order, simply contact customer service to cancel your order, provided that your order has not already been processed. If that happens, we will treat the cancellation as a product return. Please refer to the returns section below for more information. Cash on delivery orders: If the customer repeatedly cancels the order or does not receive the order from the delivery company without any reason, the company reserves the right to cancel the cash on delivery option for this customer. The replacement and return policy does not include the following products: incense, perfumes, and body spray. Return: If you received an incorrect product, or the product you received is damaged or defective, you can return the product without any return fees. The Serti perfume policy allows you to return the product within a maximum of 3 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is in its original condition. The amount will be refunded to the same source. However, if you simply wish to return the product for any reason, a return delivery fee of 35 Saudi riyals will be charged, and we are happy to fulfill your request within 15 days. The return and exchange policy does not apply to opened perfumes; please only try the perfume with the attached sample. The product must be in the same condition as received, in good condition, in its original box or packaging, along with the original invoice. Within 3 days after receipt from you. We will not accept any returns if the original box or packaging has been damaged or tampered with. After receiving and inspecting the product, the paid amount will be refunded after deducting the delivery fee. Returns may not be accepted if the product has been damaged or soiled. Once we finish inspecting the product and approve its return, we will refund the amount paid for this product excluding the initial delivery fee. The customer bears the cost of shipping the return to the online store address, noting that delivery and payment fees are non-refundable. Exchange: You can exchange products within 5 days from the date of receiving your order, subject to stock availability. The product must be in the same condition as received, in good condition, in its original box or packaging, along with the original invoice. Products with manufacturing defects are exempt from this and will be exchanged or returned. Once we receive and inspect the product, you may exchange it for another product: of the same value; or higher in value, in which case the price difference will be paid to you, or the higher value. In this case, you will need to pay the price difference at the time of exchange and a shipping fee of 35 Saudi riyals.
